Earlier this year our building has been turned over to the residents by the developer. Most of the long-term residents from the beginning have been without a proeprty manager for 3 years. I have used TriView to manage my 4 flat since I purchased it. Nathan and his team do an amazing job of managing the building. Most months I own the building I forget it is even there because they take care of everything. When there is an issue they take care of it very quickly, they have a great network of resources at their disposal and use them very well to take care of everything that comes up. TriView goes out of their way for their customers, when I have unexpected issues that need repairs they take the time to get multiple quotes to insure that not only am I getting the best deal, but I am also getting all my options for a potential fix quoted.
TriView is very proactive on lease renewals which helps keep unoccupied units to a minimum. If there is a unit vacancy expected they always get it rented very quickly due to their in house apartment finder service that people use.
My experience with TriView is amazing. I have heard so many stories of horror stories out there about dealing with management companies and it is amazing to me that so few have figured it out like TriView has, they have tailored their services to make things extremely easy and profitable as a rental owner.

I contacted TriView because I had a tenant who decided not to pay her rent and then stopped communicating with me altogether. I had been handling the management of this unit myself, but I was so fed up and frustrated that I decided to see what a professional property management company could do for me, and I am so very, very glad I did! Nathan at Triview has been, and continues to be, of enormous help to me. He returned my initial phone call promptly, and was patient and professional and extremely informative. I felt encouraged and relieved after speaking with him. He and his staff were right on top of getting all the information they needed to ensure that my deadbeat tenant was out by lease's end (July). Not only that, but they also found a qualified new tenant for August 1st and jumped through some pretty tricky hoops to get the keys from the old tenant, get the place cleaned, get the security and rent checks from the new tenant, all in just a few days. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Nathan and his crew seemingly worked nonstop from day one. Their being right there in Chicago, while I was and am out of state, made a big difference in being able to exert a little pressure on my deadbeat tenant, as they were able to go over to the building and meet and speak with her, explain the Chicago landlord/tenant ordinances, and continue with follow-up calls, e-mails and meetings, all in a very professional manner. And, as I mentioned above, they got the keys, got the place cleaned, and secured a new and better-qualified tenant all in UNDER A WEEK! I can't say enough how pleased I am with Nathan and TriView. My life is so much easier and less stressful now, and I wish I had done this years ago. I sing his praises to everyone who asks about my condo in Chicago. Also, now, instead of waiting each month for the check to arrive in my mailbox, TriView has arranged to have the rent automatically deposited into my bank account each month, less the management fee (a percentage of the rent), which, I assure you, is very reasonable and worth every cent. I really don't have to do anything anymore except authorize a repair when necessary with the HOA. All tenant calls go to TriView, so I don't get the hassle.

I would highly recommend TriView properties rental division. When I first came to Chicago, I met with a large apartment rental company that told me that I was being too picky. No one seemed to have anything that met my criteria. Then I met with Katy from TriView who was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She showed us eight places the first day and she was determined to find us a place that worked for us. I cannot say enough great things about TriView properties and I will definitely give them a call in a year when our current lease is up!
