  • To give you peace of mind, we provide an emergency phone line that offers LIVE personal assistance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Meetings

  • TriView schedules and directs your quarterly and annual association meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation. We provide notice of meetings, as well as send proxy so those unable to attend can vote and participate in the meeting. Convenient online polling options are available as well. 

Board Member Elections

  • TriView facilitates board member elections at the annual condo association meeting. We send proxy so that those unable to attend the annual meeting can vote in the elections.

Maintenance Scheduling and Services

  • We manage the entire assessment collection process, which can includes issuing late notices, and working with collections. For owners' convenience, several online and electronic payment methods are available. 

Accounting

  • We provide full-service accounting services (including year-end tax preparation) with the latest property management software. Monthly statements access is available. We maintain all bank accounts with FDIC-insured financial institutions. 

Budget Planning

  • Always keeping your building’s long-term goals top of mind, we guide your association in planning for the future, which includes maintaining proper reserves and keeping costs to a minimum.

Move-In, Move-Out Management

  • Through the potentially chaotic move-in and move-out days, we aim to minimize damage, scheduling conflicts and other interruptions.

Record Keeping

  • In accordance with legal requirements, we maintain records for all income and expenses (such as assessment payments, lien filings and payroll, just to name a few).

Conflict Resolution
